We are currently seeking volunteers who are fluent in English to assist local teachers in providing English lessons to Peruvian students at public schools. The students range in age from 6 to 20 years old and are at various levels of English language proficiency. Volunteers will work for two hours per day from Monday to Friday, either in the morning or afternoon. On average, each class will have around 20 students. The students are eager to learn and improve their English skills, and your role as a volunteer will be to primarily support the teacher, not to conduct classes. It’s important to note that the students and schools do not pay anything for the volunteers’ participation.
Available positions are located in Lima (Coast), Huancayo (Highlands), and San Ramón (Jungle) in Peru. The minimum commitment term is one week.
